Class-A or Diplomatic visa can be issued to holders of diplomatic passports and their dependants if they are entering Cambodia to perform official diplomatic missions. This visa may also be granted to holders of diplomatic passports if they visit Cambodia in their private capacity. |
Class-B or Official visas are granted to foreigners entering Cambodia to perform official missions with governmental international organizations whose status is recognized by agreements with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. This visa is also granted to foreigners holding official passports on non-official business. |
Class-C or Courtesy visas are granted to visitors and their dependents in situation which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and/or other ministries regard as acts of enhancing cooperation or courtesy. |
Diplomatic (Class-A) Visa:
- Multiple-entry visa (Gratis)
- Visa sticker's validity: 3 months
- Duration of stay: 3 months
Official (Class-B) and Courtesy (Class-C) Visas:
- Single-entry visas (Gratis)
- Visa sticker's validity: 3 months
- Duration of stay: 3 months
Extension of stay: Visa A, B and C are renewable after entry into Cambodia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
Who Can Apply:
- Visa A: Those holding diplomatic passports and travelling to Cambodia for official purposes or Diplomats (may include their family members) whose missions are assigned by their respective Embassies/Institutions in Singapore.
- Visa B: Those travelling to Cambodia for official purposes (holding official or service passports, UN/EU Laissez-Passer) and their missions are assigned by Foreign Embassies/International Organizations in Singapore or in Cambodia.
- Visa C: Those holding ordinary passports and having received an invitation/a job or employment offer from a registered organization that has a valid MoU with the Cambodian government/Ministries.
- Passport holders from some countries/territories may not need to apply for visa A and visa B. Please click here to learn more.
Application Procedures/Requirements
1. Fill out the Visa Application Form
- A completely filled and signed visa application form - (1 copy)
- A photo (size: 35x45 mm) recently taken within three months - (1 piece)
2. Actual Passport
- Validity: more than six months balance at the time of entry
- Visa page: at least 2 free pages for the visa sticker
3. Supporting Documents
- A copy of passport biodata page;
- A copy of most recent Cambodian visa (if applicable);
- A copy of flight itinerary to Cambodia (if any);
- A copy of Embassy ID card / Singapore MFA ID card / Organization ID card (if any);
- For Visa A and B: Original copy of a Note Verbale or an official letter; - For Visa C: (i) a Request/Invitation letter (addressed to the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Singapore) from a registered NGO/Organisation in Cambodia; (ii) a copy of a valid Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between that organization and a Cambodian ministry/institution; and (iii) a copy of Employment/Volunteer contract (for long-term stay).
