Dr. Kao Kim Hourn takes office as new Secretary-General of ASEAN

Dr. Kao Kim Hourn officially took office on 9 January 2023 as the 15th Secretary-General of ASEAN. In a ceremony marking the transfer of office of the Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao from Cambodia received the baton of leadership from his predecessor Dato Lim Jock Hoi from Brunei Darussalam.
